Appointment policy.

Introduction At Regenerative Laser Center, we strive to provide the highest quality care and service to all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone’s needs and maintain our schedule effectively, we have established the following appointment and cancellation policy. Please read this policy carefully.

Booking Appointments

  1. Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our online booking system. We recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  2. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email or text message. Please ensure that we have your correct contact information on file.

  3. Arrival: We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and to ensure you receive your full treatment time.

Late Arrivals

  1. Policy: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients. The full treatment fee will still apply. If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your appointment, this may require  rescheduling of the appointment. 

  2. Consideration: Please be considerate of others by arriving on time for your appointment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  1. Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  2. How to Cancel/Reschedule: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling our office at (208) 488-5834 or emailing us at (info@regenerativelasercenter.com). You may also use our online booking system to make changes to your appointment.

  3. Failure to Provide Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 to your card on file.

No-Show Policy

  1. Definition: A "no-show" is when you miss an appointment without canceling or rescheduling in advance.

  2. Fee: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of $150.

  3. Impact: Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement to prepay for future appointments or in the loss of booking privileges.

Prepaid Packages and Memberships

  1. Package Appointments: If you have purchased a prepaid package or membership, the same cancellation and no-show policies apply. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of that session.

  2. Refunds: Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable. Please review our refund policy for more details.

Emergency Cancellations

  1. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
